By booking services with Soire, submitting a deposit, or signing a service agreement, the Client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all event planning, décor, and setup services provided by Soire.
Soire provides event décor, styling, and setup services which may include, but are not limited to, balloon installations, backdrops, table décor, signage, and event setup and takedown. Specific services, designs, and items will be outlined in the Client’s invoice, proposal, or signed service agreement.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total invoice is required to secure an event date. Events are not considered booked until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
Soire reserves the right to refuse service if payment terms are not met.
If the Client cancels the event for any reason, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the scheduled event, the Client may be responsible for up to 100% of the remaining balance, due to materials purchased, preparation completed, and time reserved for the event.
Soire will arrive at the agreed-upon setup time communicated prior to the event. The Client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows adequate time and access for setup.
If setup is delayed or restricted due to venue rules, lack of access, or scheduling conflicts beyond Soire’s control, Soire cannot guarantee full installation of décor elements.
Any rental items provided by Soire—including backdrops, stands, frames, décor pieces, and equipment—remain the property of Soire at all times.
The Client is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of rental items during the event. Replacement or repair costs will be billed to the Client if damage occurs.
Any design or order changes must be requested at least 5 days prior to the event date.
Changes requested within 5 days of the event may not be accommodated due to preparation timelines, materials already purchased, or scheduling limitations.
For outdoor events, Soire is not responsible for damage caused by wind, rain, extreme temperatures, or other weather conditions.
Certain décor items, particularly balloon installations, may be affected by weather and their appearance or longevity cannot be guaranteed for the entire duration of the event.
Soire reserves the right to photograph event décor, setups, and installations for use in marketing, social media, portfolios, and promotional materials unless the Client requests otherwise in writing before the event.
Soire is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the misuse, movement, or tampering of décor items after setup has been completed.
By booking with Soire, the Client acknowledges that décor items are not to be climbed on, leaned on, or used in ways that could cause damage or injury.
By submitting payment, signing a contract, or confirming services with Soire, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
